Mario and Sergio at the concierge services were quick to adress anything we wanted and helped ensure everything including transportation for our guests went as planned. Filiberto the guy in charge of cleaning our room made our stay wonderful. He would refill our mini-fridge constantly and since we drink lots of water he would stock us with 12 water bottles each time. He added many additional things being that it was our honeymoon like ribbons, roses, etc. At the bars, Desiderio stood out as the best bartender ever.
