The dress code is beach formal/semi-formal. There’s no required color palette or pattern—just wear something that makes you feel comfortable, and celebration-ready.

Once you have cleared customs and retrieved your bags at baggage claim, you will EXIT the airport to locate the Paradise Wedding Transportation service-- or any independently booked airport transfer service. DO NOT STOP for anyone while still inside the airport. We have provided a very helpful video that will help with navigating this portion of arrival. If you booked transportation with our travel agent, the driver will be holding a sign that reads "Paradise Weddings". Locating Our Arranged Transportation at the Cancun Airport

Handheld fan, sunscreen, and small bills such as $1's or $5's for tipping drivers, concierge, room service, bellman, etc.

For most of the resort’s evening dinner restaurants, plan on casual-elegant attire: men should wear long pants/linen pants with a shirt, and sneakers, dress shoes, or sandals are appropriate. Sleeveless shirts and flip-flops are not permitted at these restaurants. Market Café Buffet has the most relaxed dress code, allowing shorts, swimsuit coverups, capris, sandals, sleeveless shirts, sneakers. Seaside Grill and Oceana are also listed as casual and follow similar relaxed guidelines, while still requiring appropriate cover-ups and no sleeveless shirts for men. When in doubt, a polished resort-casual outfit will work well throughout the property.

We highly recommend downloading the 'Hyatt Inclusive Collection App' before or upon arrival. The app will be a helpful resource throughout your stay and allows you to order room service, explore daily resort activities, view restaurant hours, and more. It’s a great way to stay up to date on everything happening at the resort during the wedding weekend!

Unlimited food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), room service, pool and beach access, daily activities, entertainment, and gratuities are usually included. This resort is adults-only.

Optional expenses like spa treatments, excursions, private pool and beach cabana's, or gift shop purchases incur an additional fee.

No — all events are covered by us. Any optional group excursions or off-site activities would come at an extra cost. 

To enter Mexico, a valid passport is required. It must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. As it relates to our wedding, all guest passports should not expire before April 2027.

If you are an individual invite you may bring a plus-one. If your plus-one would like attend the weekend wedding events a fee of $210 is incurred. If they solely want to enjoy the resort there will be no fee. 

If you are an individual invite and want to opt out of a plus one, you have two options: 1. Book a single occupancy room at a higher rate 2. Call us to potentially pair you with another wedding guest

Our resort does provide group transfers to and from Cancun airport for a fee- this can be booked during your room booking process. You can also opt to book airport transfer with a separate company.
