Cancun International Airport

We have reserved a block of rooms at special group rates for our guests at Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa. The most convenient airport is Cancun International Airport. There are several transportation options available between the airport and the resort, including both private and shared shuttle services. UPGRADE: You are able to upgrade your room once booked based on resort availability.

Initial Booking: There is a $150 room deposit at the time of booking. (This per room and not per person).

March 11, 2027: Second payment for rooms (50% of total cost). Last day to book rooms

May 13, 2027: Balance for room is due (final payment)

Private Transportation Private transportation offers the most convenient and direct service. Your driver will meet you at the airport and take you directly to your resort without additional stops. For a group of up to 4 guests, private transportation typically costs $95–$160 USD round-trip, depending on the provider, vehicle, and destination. Shared (Non-Private) Transportation is typically the most economical option. These services operate as group shuttles, meaning you'll share the vehicle with other travelers heading to nearby resorts. When booking shared transportation, please note: • You may need to wait at the airport while additional passengers arrive. • The shuttle may make multiple stops before reaching your resort. • Travel times can be longer than private transportation due to scheduled drop-offs. Shared transfers can be a great choice for budget-conscious travelers who don't mind a little extra travel time in exchange for lower costs. As you leave the airport, you may be approached by people offering to help with your transportation or reservation. If you've already booked transportation, keep walking and do not stop. They are typically trying to sell additional services. Proceed directly outside the terminal to find your transportation provider.
