We have reserved a block of rooms at group rates for all our guests at Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen. You can choose to book outside of preferred dates, but your rates and availability may change. Any questions or concerns you have can be directed to the contact information at the bottom of the website. Please feel free to reach out. Flights are separate from the booking link; each person is responsible for booking their individual flights.

Frequently Asked Questions
Unlimited food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), room service, pool and beach access, daily activities, entertainment, and gratuities are usually included.
Optional expenses like spa treatments, excursions, gift shop purchases, or premium wine and spirits are not included in the base package.
No — all events are covered by us. Any optional group excursions or off-site activities would come at an extra cost.
You’ll receive a link or instructions from the couple’s travel coordinator. Booking through the wedding group ensures you get the correct rates, perks, and are counted as part of the wedding party.
A valid passport is required for international travel. Some countries may also require a tourist card or visa, which is usually simple to obtain. Details will be shared with you in advance.
Secrets Moxché is an adults-only resort; no one under the age of 18 can stay there.
