Join us as we say “I Do” surrounded by the beauty of Banderas Bay and the people we love the most. Please arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy the view and be seated before the ceremony begins.
Attire: Beach formal- lightweight suits or dress shirts (no tie required) with slacks for gentlemen. Cocktail, midi, or floor length dresses for ladies.

Booking Information
We’d love for everyone to stay with us at Dreams Vallarta Bay & Spa! We’ve secured discounted group rates for our guests. If you choose alternate accommodations, please let us know since the resort requires a $175 visitor fee to access the property for our wedding.
Deadlines
Reserve your room with a $150 deposit, then make payments at your own pace:
50% due by February 25, 2027
Final balance due by April 22, 2027

Frequently Asked Questions
Unlimited food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), room service, pool and beach access, daily activities, entertainment, and gratuities are usually included.
Optional expenses like spa treatments, excursions, gift shop purchases, or premium wine and spirits are not included in the base package.
No — all events are covered by us. Any optional group excursions or off-site activities would come at an extra cost.

A valid passport is required for international travel. Some countries may also require a tourist card or visa, which is usually simple to obtain. Details will be shared with you in advance.
Absolutely! We welcome your children to join you in Puerto Vallarta and enjoy the destination with you. Due to venue capacity, only children specifically included on the wedding invite will be invited to the reception. We appreciate your understanding!
Yes! Round-trip transportation between the airport and the resort is available for $89 per person.
