Frequently Asked Questions

Unlimited food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), room service, pool and beach access, daily activities, entertainment, and gratuities are usually included.
Optional expenses like spa treatments, excursions, gift shop purchases, or premium wine and spirits are not included in the base package.
No — all events are covered by us. Any optional group excursions or off-site activities would come at an extra cost.
See the "Travel and Stay" section above for the link and instructions to the couple's travel coordinator. Booking through the wedding group ensures you get the correct rates, perks, and are counted as part of the wedding party.
A valid passport is required for international travel. Some countries may also require a tourist card or visa, which is usually simple to obtain. US, France and Colombia do not require visas to enter Mexico; however Colombian citizens usually must pre-register online before travel via a Mexico immigration form. When you arrive in Mexico, all tourists (regardless of nationality) will fill out and receive a FMM form/tourist card either physically or via automated kiosks. There is a $16 state of Cancun tax that you are able to pay online ahead of arriving to Mexico as well (keep the QR code for reference if anyone asks you for it at the airport). Website: visitax.gob.mx
You can book transportation through Paradise weddings for $85 USD per person round trip. This service is private and will be only shared with wedding guests arriving/leaving together. This is the best/safest option.
The resort requires our wedding guests to stay a minimum of 3 nights. However you can choose to stay longer if you prefer. Please use the travel and stay booking linked above to obtain the wedding rates ahead of the July 15th cut-off date.
