Getting to Playa del Carmen

Cancún International Airport (CUN) is the recommended airport for our wedding resort.
Round-trip shared transportation between Cancún International Airport and Iberostar Waves Quetzal is available through Paradise Weddings for approximately $102 USD per person. Transportation is coordinated for wedding guests arriving or departing on the same flights.
Please submit your flight information at least 45 days before travel if using the group transportation.

We have a room block reserved at Iberostar Waves Quetzal, our all-inclusive wedding resort.
Please use the Book Your Stay link on this website to reserve your room through our wedding group. Paradise Weddings will handle your reservation and payment schedule.

Unlimited food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), room service, pool and beach access, daily activities, entertainment, and gratuities are usually included.
Optional expenses like spa treatments, excursions, gift shop purchases, or premium wine and spirits are not included in the base package.
No — all events are covered by us. Any optional group excursions or off-site activities would come at an extra cost.
You’ll receive a link or instructions from the couple’s travel coordinator. Booking through the wedding group ensures you get the correct rates, perks, and are counted as part of the wedding party.
A valid passport is required for international travel. Some countries may also require a tourist card or visa, which is usually simple to obtain. Details will be shared with you in advance.
