Frequently Asked Questions
Unlimited food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), room service, pool and beach access, daily activities, entertainment, and gratuities are usually included. There are three resorts and you get access to all of them! El Dorado Royale (adults only), Casitas Royale (adults only), and Generations (family friendly)
Optional expenses like spa treatments, excursions, gift shop purchases, or premium wine and spirits are not included in the base package.
No — all events are covered by us. Any optional group excursions or off-site activities would come at an extra cost.
Use the booking link under "Book Travel and Stay" to reserve your rooms at the resort. The code to book is 0406. We have reserved a block of rooms, at group rates for our guests at El Dorado Royale and Casitas Royale through Paradise Weddings. If you don't see the specific room you want, please contact Paradise Weddings and they will help you book your stay. Booking through Paradise Weddings ensures you get the correct rates, perks, and are counted as part of the wedding party. You will be responsible for booking your own flights.
A valid passport is required for international travel. Please make sure you have the passport book for international travel by air. The application for a passport usually takes around 4-6 weeks.
Kids are totally welcome to the wedding! There is a family friendly resort, and although we did not block off rooms at this resort you can contact Paradise Weddings to have them help book your stay if you choose to bring anyone under 18. Please note, kids will not be able to enter the adults only resorts but CAN attend the wedding. Please be sure to add if you are bringing kids in your RSVP :)
As long as you'd like! Make it a vacation! A minimum of 3 nights is required. Please arrive by April 5th to ensure you make it in time for the wedding on April 6th :)

Transportation is provided by the resort at no extra cost! Keep in mind, the shuttles are transporting all guests that stay at the resort, NOT just wedding guests. If you would like private transportation, Paradise Weddings can help you coordinate that at an extra cost. Please just ask!

Think effortless, romantic, and tropical! Our wedding will take place in a beautiful garden and terrace overlooking the beach, so we’re going for a relaxed boho beach vibe.
For ladies, think flowing dresses, soft fabrics, floral or tropical prints, and neutral or earthy tones. For gentlemen, linen shirts, lightweight dress pants, and relaxed tropical-inspired looks are perfect.
Comfortable, polished, and vacation-ready is the goal! Since the ceremony and celebration will be outdoors, we recommend lightweight fabrics and comfortable shoes for walking on garden paths and terrace surfaces.
Most importantly, come dressed in whatever makes you feel comfortable and fabulous—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

While you are welcome to stay at another resort, we highly recommend staying at El Dorado Royale! Staying at the resort means you’ll be right where all the wedding festivities are happening and helps make the experience as easy and seamless as possible.
If you choose to stay at another resort, you are still welcome to attend the wedding! However, the resort requires a $145 visitation fee, and outside guests must arrive at least 1 hour before the wedding for the required check-in process. The resort must also be notified of your visit at least 3 days in advance.
We’d love to have you stay with us at El Dorado Royale so we can all enjoy the celebration together without the extra steps! 💕
Cancun International airport. It’s about 30 mins from the resort :) while Paradise Weddings will help coordinate shuttling from/to airport, they will NOT book your flights for you. You are responsible for booking your own flights.
