We have reserved a block of rooms, at group rates, for all our guests at Hotel Xcaret - Mexico.
Round-trip transportation service from the Cancun & Tulum airports (restrictions apply), plus shuttle service to the parks by Grupo Xcaret are included in your reservation.
If you choose to stay elsewhere, the resort will charge a $90 visitor fee.
The sooner you book, the better for a more flexible payment plan!

Pack your bags and meet us in paradise! 🌴
Guests will be responsible for arranging and booking their own flights to Cancún. We recommend flying into Cancún International Airport (CUN). Once you arrive, transportation details to and from the resort will be provided closer to the big day provided by our travel coordinator.
Unlimited food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), room service, pool and beach access, daily activities, and entertainment - and, of course, round trip transportation. It also includes transportation between parks, and access to amenities such as lockers, towels, and Wi-Fi.
The All-Inclusive Xcaret experience includes access to all the attractions and services available at the park. This encompasses:
• Access to over 50 natural and cultural attractions.
• Underground rivers for swimming.
• The Coral Reef Aquarium, Butterfly Pavilion, and Aviary.
• Cultural performances, including the 'Xcaret México Espectacular' show.
• A buffet meal with unlimited non-alcoholic beverages and one beer.
• Access to exclusive Plus areas with lockers, dressing rooms, and private restrooms.
Yes! Guests are welcome to request additional nights before or after our reserved wedding dates. Our group rate is only guaranteed for the contracted dates, so any additional nights will be based on resort availability and pricing.
We’ll happily request that the resort extend our group rate to your additional nights whenever possible, but it cannot be guaranteed. We recommend requesting extra nights as early as possible for the best chance of receiving the same rate.
Optional expenses like spa treatments, outside excursions, gift shop purchases, or premium wine and spirits are not included in the base package.
Please note that certain restaurants, such as Fuego Restaurant (exclusive to Casa Fuego guests) and Ha’ Restaurant, are not included in this concept. Ha’ Restaurant has an additional cost, which can be paid on-site or charged to your room account.
No — all events are covered by us. Any optional group excursions or off-site activities would come at an extra cost.
You’ll receive a link or instructions from our travel coordinator. Booking through the wedding group ensures you get the correct rates, perks, and are counted as part of the wedding party.
A valid passport is required for international travel. Some countries may also require a tourist card or visa, which is usually simple to obtain. Details will be shared with you in advance.
