Booking Information

Our wedding will take place at Sandos Finisterra, an all-inclusive resort (this includes food and drink). We highly recommend staying with us at the resort. If you choose to stay elsewhere, the resort will charge a $100 visitor fee per day per person for access.  We have reserved a block of rooms, at group rates, for all our guests at Sandos Finisterra. There are various room types available. You must book your room at the resort through our coordinator, Paradise Weddings (click button below).

Transport from Airport

Paradise Weddings (our travel coordinator) offers optional private roundtrip transportation to and from the airport for $160/person. You can choose this when you use the button below to book your room. You may also find cheaper options online or through an airport taxi.

The amenities and services that are not included in your all-inclusive package are select wines and liquors, private dinners, spa treatments, beauty salon, phone calls, laundry, babysitters and external tours from agencies located in the hotel, among other additional services.
The ceremony and reception will be on Saturday, so we recommend arriving Friday at the latest. We are planning on a Friday welcome gathering in the afternoon and would love to see you then (more details to come). If you want to join, plan on arriving to the hotel before then. You may of course come earlier.

You will need a valid passport. US citizens do not need a visa.

There are no cancellation fees if you cancel your reservation before November 05, 2026.

If the reservation is cancelled between November 06, 2026 and December 09, 2026, the 1st and 2nd deposit are non-refundable. If travel insurance was purchased, you may file a claim to request a refund based on the insurance provider's terms/conditions.

If the reservation is canceled after December 09, 2026, 100% of the booking total is non-refundable. If travel insurance was purchased, you may file a claim to request a refund based on the insurance provider's terms/conditions.

Beach semi-formal. Expect a high of 80 and a low of 62.
