Frequently Asked Questions
Unlimited food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), room service, pool and beach access, daily activities, entertainment, and gratuities are usually included.
Optional expenses like spa treatments, excursions, gift shop purchases, or premium wine and spirits are not included in the base package.
No — all events are covered by us. Any optional group excursions or off-site activities would come at an extra cost.
You can book your room directly through the link in the Travel & Stay section. Airfare is booked on your own. After you reserve your room, our travel coordinator will reach out to confirm your details, answer any questions, and help arrange transportation between the airport and the hotel if needed.
A valid passport is required for international travel. Some countries may also require a tourist card or visa, which is usually simple to obtain. Details will be shared with you in advance.
The Fives charges a daily visitor fee for guests staying off‐property. This fee is required to access the resort and wedding event areas.
