Our wedding ceremony & reception will take place on Monday, July 26th.

No deposit required to book a room prior to April 10th through our group block.

Yes! Food and drinks are included with your room booking during your entire stay.

Absolutely. If this can be a mini vacation for you and your family, we love that for you! Kids ages 17 & under stay at the resort for free.

A valid passport is required.

If you do not have a passport, we strongly recommend booking your passport appointment at least 4-5 months before traveling.

No deposit is required when selecting the Group Flexible Rate.

Partial payments may be made at any time. The full balance will be automatically processed 31 days prior to arrival.

Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund up to 4 days prior to arrival.

If your plans change, please contact our travel coordinator to adjust your room, and let us know so we can update your RSVP.

Our room block is set up in Moon Palace Sunrise—the lively, activity-oriented side of the resort!

Guests staying in Sunrise also have full access to the Nizuc section, where our ceremony will be held.

Complimentary resort shuttles run between both sections, making it easy to explore both areas!

Yes, please! Booking through our block secures our exclusive group rate and flexible payment terms.

Only guests booking in the block have access to wedding events and avoids Moon Palace's mandatory outside-guest fees.

Our core room block is reserved for July 24 -28, 2027 (4 nights).

Extended Stays — our group rate is available up to 3 days before and after our core dates, based on availability. Early booking is recommended!
