Cancun International Airport - about 45 minutes away from resort
Booking Information
We have reserved a variety of room blocks for our guest. Minimum stay requirement is 3 night stay. If you choose to book outside the room block, the resort will charge a $75 visitor fee for day of the wedding for wedding events only. Reminder: Kids 5 and under are free, Kids 6-12 are half priced and anyone 12+ pays full price.
Reservation
Click the link below to book a room. To secure a reservation, guests only need to pay for one night, after which they will receive an instant confirmation email requesting extra details. Remaining balance must be paid by February 17, 2027.
Flights
Unfortunately flights are not included in your room reservation. Flights have to be booked separately. We recommend booking a flight from Newark to Cancun International Airport.
Transportation in Mexico
After you reserve your room, the hotel will reach out with confirmation information and offer private transportation from Airport to Resort at a fee of $102 per person round-trip. Other transportation options will be in FAQ.

Must book before December 18, 2026. The sooner the better!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. We just request your presence, no presents ! :)
Frequently Asked Questions
A valid passport or travel document. There is no need for a minimum period of validity of the passport (for example 6 months); but this document must be valid during the length of your stay in Mexico.
After you book your room reservation, the hotel will send you confirmation information and they will offer you roundtrip private transportation for a fee of $102 per person.
If you are traveling in a group and would like to pay a group price for a better deal I suggest you use HAPPY SHUTTLE CANCUN that offers prices per vehicle, not per person.
***Do not engage with or accept rides from anyone who approaches you inside the terminal or immediate exit area at Mexican airport!!!!!

Unlimited food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), room service, pool and beach access, daily activities, entertainment, and gratuities are usually included.
Optional expenses like spa treatments, excursions, gift shop purchases, or premium wine and spirits are not included in the base package.

Cocktail/Semi-Formal
Aim for polished, lightweight, and breathable look that balances elegance with warm-weather comfort. (Colors are welcomed for both men and women!!)
***Reception is on the beach: We suggest ladies bring a spare pair of flats or sandals for comfort on the sand"

If you would like to bring someone to the resort to keep you company during your stay you may, but to keep our celebration intimate the day of the wedding, we are only able to host the exact guest(s) listed on the invitation. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Yes!! Kids invited to the wedding will be listed on the invitation. The Five Beaches Resort is also kid friendly. If you choose to come without your munchkin(s) please let us know when you RSVP.
