The resort offers both a Kids Club (ages 4–12) and a Baby Club (ages 1–3), open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Children can stay without an adult for up to one hour under the supervision of the resort’s entertainment team.

Evening hours aren’t available, but guests can book in-room nanny services for additional childcare.
The current rate is $30 USD per child, per hour, and Each nanny can supervise up to three children.

Guests can arrange this service directly at the front desk upon arrival. The resort’s staff will provide the contact information to coordinate with the partnered childcare team.

Flights
Flights are not included in the wedding package. Guests will book their own airfare to Cancún International Airport (CUN).

 Transfers
Transfers can be included at an additional cost and will be coordinated through our travel representative once everything is finalized. For transfer assistance, guests can be directed to (email pending) once available.
