Frequently Asked Questions

Arrive in Mexico on December 17th! It is best if you are at the resort before 2 PM on the 17th.
USA: Yes, you need a valid US Passport or a Green Card to fly to Mexico. No Visa is Required.

Germany: Yes, you need a Valid German Passport or Residence Card to fly to Mexico. No Visa is required.

Canada: Yes, you need a Valid Canadian Passport or Residence Card to fly to Mexico. No Visa is required.
Unlimited food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), room service, pool and beach access, daily activities, entertainment, and gratuities are usually included.
Optional expenses like spa treatments, excursions, gift shop purchases, or premium wine and spirits are not included in the base package.
When you booked your room, you should have selected the "Free Airport Transportation" option.

If you did not book the free transportation, here is the safest, easiest, and cheapest way to get to the resort:

1) Get off the airplane, get your bags, and walk outside the airport terminal.

2) Find the ADO Bus Kiosk; it will be located right next to the ADO buses (they are big, red buses) parked right outside of the airport terminal.

2) Purchase an ADO bus ticket to the City Center of Cancun. It will cost $6-$8 per person.

3) Once you get off the bus in the City Center of Cancun, you can use your phone to book an Uber to the resort for $20-$30 per car! (Each car can fit 4-7 people, depending on what kind of ride you book).
Transportation inside the resort is very simple and convenient. All around the resort, you will find pick-up spots where staff will pick you up on golf carts and take you to any location in the resort. They make stops at these pick-up spots every 30 minutes.
