Booking Information
We have reserved a block of rooms, at group rates, for all our guests at The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences. We kindly encourage guests to book within our room block so everyone can enjoy the convenience of staying together and fully participating in the wedding festivities. If you choose to stay elsewhere, the resort will charge a $100 visitor fee per day.
Deadlines
March 13, 2027 - Please reserve your room and submit your one-night deposit to secure your stay within our room block. The sooner, the better!
May 13, 2027 - Final payment for all reservations is due.
Transportation
Roundtrip airport transportation to and from the resort will be available through a private shuttle company for $102 per person. Our travel coordinator will reach out with booking details and transportation options once your one-night stay deposit has been made through our room block.
Guests are also welcome to arrange their own transportation, including airport shuttles, taxis, or rental cars available near the airport.
Airfare Information
Guests are responsible for booking their own airfare to Mexico. Once your flight has been confirmed, kindly send us your flight itinerary so we can add you to our guest list and help coordinate transportation arrangements if needed.
Honeymoon Fund
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, we would be so grateful for contributions toward our honeymoon fund.

Frequently Asked Questions
Unlimited food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), room service, pool and beach access, daily activities, entertainment, and gratuities are usually included.
Optional expenses like spa treatments, excursions, gift shop purchases, or premium wine and spirits are not included in the base package.
No — all events are covered by us. Any optional group excursions or off-site activities would come at an extra cost.
You’ll receive a link or instructions from the couple’s travel coordinator. Booking through the wedding group ensures you get the correct rates, perks, and are counted as part of the wedding party.
A valid passport is required for international travel. Some countries may also require a tourist card or visa, which is usually simple to obtain.
