We recommend flying into Cancún International Airport, which offers the greatest selection of flight options and convenient access to the resort.

To make your arrival and departure as seamless as possible, a private round-trip shuttle service between the airport of your choosing and Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa will be available for an additional fee.

Guests may add shuttle service at the time of booking their room reservation using the provided link below. Shuttle transportation will be coordinated with other wedding guests, allowing everyone to travel comfortably together and begin the celebration upon arrival.

Dining & Drinks: All meals and drinks are included. You have access to a variety of on-site restaurants serving international and domestic top-shelf spirits at 7 different bars across the resort.

Taxes & Gratuities: All taxes and gratuities are covered, so there are no additional costs or hidden fees for your stay.

Comfort & Convenience: Complimentary access to a baby cot (upon request) and an in-room safe is provided.

Optional expenses like spa treatments, excursions, or gift shop purchases are not included in the base package. Additional gratuity is at your discretion.

Adults-Only Rooms: These are specific accommodations designed exclusively for adult guests, meaning they do not accommodate children. They are intended for guests seeking a more mature or tranquil environment within the resort.

Preferred Club Rooms: These are elevated room categories that provide an upgraded guest experience. Staying in a Preferred Club room typically includes access to enhanced amenities and services (such as specialized check-in/out, upgraded suite locations, and other exclusive privileges), which are distinct from the standard resort offerings.

Please note that we also offer Preferred Club Adults-Only rooms, which combine both concepts, providing an upgraded experience in an adults-only setting.
