Shaadi's wedding package consists of 6 events over 3 days. The 6 events are:

  • Event 1: Night 1- Mehndi Evening. (3-hour event)

  • Event 2: Night 2- Welcome Dinner/ Sangeet /Garba. (4-hour event)

  • Event 3: Day 3- Baraat.

  • Event 4: Day 3- Wedding Ceremony. (1-1.5 hours)

  • Event 5: Day 3- Post Wedding Ceremony Lunch. (1.5-2 hours)

  • Event 6: Night 3- Dinner Reception. (4 hours)

About Shaadi package

Shaadi's wedding package is for 75 wedding guests and consists of 6 events over 3 days. But it’s just the start. Enjoy an incredible three-day celebration with your family and wedding guests with these amenities:

  • Cocktail tables.

  • Appetizer station with a section of three options.

  • A shoe check station is provided for ceremonies held on the beach.

  • Dessert station and couple’s choice of wedding cake.

Event 1 - Mehndi Evening
  • Area for the bride (and guests if desired) adorned with drapery and pillows.

  • Cocktail tables with white linens.

  • Delectable passed hors d’oeuvres. (choice of 3)

  • Drink station serving non-alcoholic beverages, including a signature drink created by the wedding couple.

Event 2 - Welcome Dinner / Sangeet / Garba
  • Intimate stage area with colored draping and seating for two for the wedding couple.

  • Appetizer station with a section of three options.

  • Sumptuous buffet offering a complete salad bar and three entrée options. (choice of a variety of cuisine options)

  • The dessert station offers a selection of two scrumptious options tables with white linens and white linen-covered chairs.

Event 3 & 4 - Baraat and Wedding Ceremony
  • Elegant Mandap decorated with colorful backdrop and drapery.

  • Choice of pillows or Tiffany-style chairs for family members participating in the ceremony.

  • Tiffany-style chairs for wedding guests.

  • The beverage station offers a selection of cold water, juice, and soda throughout the ceremony.

  • A shoe check station is provided for ceremonies held on the beach.

Event 5 - Post Wedding Ceremony Lunch
  • Ballroom or shaded location. (options to be provided by the resort's wedding coordinator)

  • Plentiful buffet serving a selection of 3 vegetarian menu options.

  • Beverage station offering water, juices, and soda.

  • Dessert station with a choice of two delicious options.

  • Tables with white linens and white linen-covered chairs.

Event 6 - Dinner Reception
  • Intimate stage area with colored draping and seating for two for the wedding couple.

  • Tables adorned with a choice of colored linens and Tiffany-style chairs.

  • Delectable buffet complete with a full salad bar, 5 vegetarian and 3 non-vegetarian entrée options expertly prepared by a gourmet chef specializing in Indian cuisine.

  • Private bar with bartender serving top-shelf spirits, juices, soda, and water.

  • Dessert station and couple’s choice of Wedding Cake. (selection to be provided by wedding coordinator)

Policies

Terms & Conditions:
• Event 1: Night 1- Mehndi Evening. (3 hour event)

• Please note: If the bride would prefer to have her Henna done separately in her room or bridal suite in advance of the event, these accommodations can be arranged through the on-site wedding coordinator.

• Event 2: Night 2- Welcome Dinner/ Sangeet /Garba. (4-hour event)

• Event 3: Day 3- Baraat.

• Event 4: Day 3- Wedding Ceremony. (1-1.5 hours)

• Event 5: Day 3- Post Wedding Ceremony Lunch. (1.5-2 hours)

• Event 6: Night 3- Dinner Reception. (4 hours)

• All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance of the wedding date, unless approved by the wedding coordinator. Dates and locations are based on availability and must be confirmed by us. 

• Prices and event packages are subject to change by resort and without notice. To confirm the wedding, an initial deposit of $500 is required.

• This package is not combinable with the Save Your Date or Beyond Memorable.

• This package is inclusive of 6 events and 75 guests, additional guests can be added for an additional cost (varies by resort and based on availability).

Upgrades, customizations, and additions can also be made to the package through our team.

• Once the wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within 6 months to the date of the wedding without a $5,000 cancellation fee. For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date, the wedding cannot be canceled without a $5,000 cancellation penalty.  

• This package is only available for purchase when reserving a minimum of 25 rooms for three nights each (or 75 room nights cumulative). Maximum 20% single occupancy, additional single occupancy rooms must be confirmed with us. Wedding date and room availability must be confirmed with us in advance of purchasing the package.
