My niece planned her wedding in Playa del Carmen through Paradise Weddings. Daniela was our contact for our resort reservation and transportation and she was amazing. She helped us through a glitch that didn’t alert me to make our final payment, she arranged transportation from the airport to the resort, and then made additional transportation arrangements for getting us back to the airport and included my son and daughter-in-law! That was SO helpful and made our experience that much more fun and enjoyable. I would give Daniela 10 stars if I could!

I truly cannot say enough great things about Paradise Weddings! My husband and I worked closely with Elizabeth at the very beginning of our planning and she was absolutely wonderful in helping us find a resort where we were able to have our dream wedding. The process was seamless and she was very insightful regarding various resorts from Cancun all the way down to Tulum, and everywhere in between. My husband and I eventually decided on a resort and from that moment on, the entire booking process was effortless; even for our very large destination wedding! We were then introduced to Virginia (Vicky) and she was absolutely amazing in making our dream wedding come true! She went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I were happy with the planning process and treated us, and our guests, like family! Our guests could not stop talking about how great she was from beginning to end. Vicky kept in contact with my husband and I even once we were in Mexico for our wedding, making sure that everything was perfect. She was consistently available for any questions and concerns, and became a great friend! We invited both her and Elizabeth to our ceremony and cocktail hour and we were all so happy they were able to be a part of our big day! 'Absolutely pleased' is an understatement! The company and their employees are amazing to work with, reputable, efficient, and I've recommended them to several of my friends who have talked about having a destination wedding since coming to ours. It was an absolute blast and we're so happy to have met some great people along the way! I had the pleasure of working with Karla C. We was originally going to do a destination wedding but long story short, we’ve decided to just do a nice trip instead. Karla is very professional and responsive! She was super patient with us through everything. We highly highly recommend using a destination wedding planning service, like Paradise Weddings. We heard of some horror stories of other planning services, but Paradise Weddings was extremely helpful to our whole wedding planning process. ESPECIALLY Sarai.
