Applicable to new weddings with a minimum of 10 paid rooms per night and a signed wedding contract and a signed group room contract. The complimentary package will not apply if requested onsite. If final room night production or the Group Room Contract has less than 30 paid room nights,and at least 10 rooms minimum, the cost of the Elegant Beginnings Package will be $1,000.00 USD if the bride and groom opt to keep the package (choice is optional). This amount will be reflected and charged in the Purchase Order during the planning process.

*In the event the Bridal Suite at Blanc Spa is not available, the Golden Suite will be provided as backup. In the case the Golden Suite is not available, the bride’s party will be accommodated in the bride’s room. Bridal Suite at Blanc Spa is complimentary only when booking at least one salon service per person using the suite. All services incur an extra charge. Credit card is required to confirm and book space. **Groom’s party will be accommodated in a hospitality room based on availability. Once on-site, your wedding specialist will book the hospitality room, and confirm F&B options for the groom and bride’s parties. ***Up to 4 bottles of sparkling wine will be provided. ****All restaurants are subject to availability, based on resort occupancy. *****Please refer to the full inclusions, terms and conditions of the Complimentary Honeymoon Package.

Reservations with overlapping dates qualify-only dates within promotion can be considered for added value. In order to redeem these benefits, they must be included in the wedding contract. No cancellations or re-bookings will be accepted under any circumstance. If promotion or other added values go unused during stay, it cannot be refunded, exchanged for other services, or applied to a future stay and will be forfeited. Black out dates may apply. Not applicable to reservations with employee rate, travel agent rate, FAMS, complimentary or compensatory stays, or any other reduced rates in the market. Not redeemable for cash.
