Cost for 50 To 79 Guests:

$8,999 (Monday-Wednesday).
$9,499 (Thursday-Sunday).

Cost for 80 To 100 Guests:

$13,499 (Monday-Wednesday).
$14,399 (Thursday-Sunday).

Need more guests? It's only $120 per additional guest.

With the "Beyond Memorable" package, couples have the flexibility to invite between 50 to 100 guests to their wedding celebration. This range allows for a relatively intimate gathering or a larger, more elaborate affair, depending on the couple's preferences.

Ceremony

2-hour Rehearsal dinner.
Symbolic ceremony.
Beach pergola or wedding gazebo drapery.
White-linen-covered chairs for guests.
A shoe check station is provided for ceremonies held on the beach.
Bouquet(s) and/or boutonniere(s) for the wedding couple.

Reception

1-hour private welcome cocktail party.
3-hour Private Wedding reception.
Sweetheart table for the wedding couple with upgraded linens and seating for two.
Delectable buffet with a choice of a variety of cuisine options.
Private bar with bartender.
Dessert station and couple’s choice of wedding cake.

Other inclusions

Sparkling wine and fresh fruit for the wedding couple and their parents in the suite upon arrival (up to three rooms).
Complimentary room for one member of the wedding couple the night before the wedding (based on availability).
Romantic turndown service for the wedding couple on the evening of the wedding.
Late checkout for the wedding couple (based on availability until 3PM).
Every fifth room is free (up to ten complimentary rooms).

20% discount on spa treatments for the wedding couple and their parents (up to six people; spa boutique purchases not included).

Policies

Terms & Conditions:

• This package is complimentary when booking at least seven nights in the Preferred Club Suite Ocean View or higher or if five rooms in any category are booked for at least three nights.
• Prices and package inclusions subject to change without notice.
• Resort at its discretion may limit number of guests allowed at rehearsal dinner.
• Discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
• The Beyond Memorable package is inclusive of 50-79 or 80-100 guests staying a cumulative of at least 75 paid room nights or 120 paid room nights respectively. Additional guests can be added for an additional cost.
• Wedding date and rooms are based to availability and must be confirmed with the resort in advance of purchase.
• Upgrades, customizations and additions can also be made to the package through the resort’s wedding coordinator.
• Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply and vary by property.
• Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within 6 months to the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date, the wedding cannot be canceled without incurring the penalty. This cancellation penalty fee is $750.
• Additional fees may apply for service of judge, minister, and various inclusions.
