In order to book a wedding at Hotel Xcaret México, kindly note the following information:

• Wedding packages are available for a minimum of 30 guests, including the wedding couple.

• 80% of the total guests are required to stay with us for a minimum of 3 nights.

• Before receiving a wedding package contract, the suggested venues will be on hold for up to 10 days until a deposit has been received and the room contract has been signed.

• These services not mentioned in the packages such as flowers, decor, entertainment, photo, and video services are quoted separately through Xcaret’s vendors and have an additional cost.

• In case of selecting a vendor not included in Xcaret’s list, a vendor fee will be added to the wedding breakdown.

•The benefits included in the packages have to be used during 1 stay, they are NOT transferable, reimbursable, or accumulable, cannot be used like a credit for the payment of another service.
