Things we love:
- All common areas are wheelchair accessible and there are separate handicap suites too.
- Excellent service – the staff makes sure you have the best experience possible.
- Daily activities are conducted in different languages.
- The massages at the spa are amazing.
- Beautiful suites to choose from.
Things we don’t love:
- Their team is unresponsive via email and difficult to work with at times.
- Some of the key cards do not work.
- Check-in and check-out during peak tourist season can be chaotic.
- Many restaurants require advance booking – walk-ins are discouraged.
- The food definitely needs improvement.
