“We’ve been home for a week and still missing it so much! We stayed here from 27th March until 17th April for our wedding which we had on the beach at the hotel. It was our first time to Mexico but we’ve been to lots of all inclusive resorts and this has definitely been our favourite! The animation team are brilliant, especially Alexis and Alex, they work so hard and are great at their jobs! The hotel staff are all very friendly and can’t do enough for you.
Janet, the wedding coordinator done a great job at organising our wedding day, we all had such a brilliant day…thank you! 5* service at this hotel as soon as you step off the bus, the bell boys are there straight away to help guests with their luggage. Even when we were going home and needed to weigh our cases, the bell boy took them over to the suitcase weigher for us and then outside to wait for the bus to pick us up.
The Iberostar is in a great location, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel and buses are there constantly and it only costs 1USD or 12 pesos per person. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico. We had the best time ever and hope to return soon!” – Sammie
