Cintya Ortiz was our wedding coordinator and was nothing short of amazing. She communicated with us so well despite us being stressed. We had an Indian wedding with three events and they all went smoothly thanks to the wedding team at palladium.
We also appreciated how great and kind all the staff were at the resort. Our guests commented multiple times on the quality of the staff.

“We stayed at TRS Coral from Jan 28-Feb 4, 2022. We were married on the beach on Feb 2, 2022. It was the perfect elopement and honeymoon!
Our butlers, Juan and Roberto, made it so that everything was so easy and relaxing! Some highlights of the stay were Chic Cabaret, which is on par with any Vegas show, and the private dinner that was arranged for us in the wine cellar of the French restaurant, La Boheme.
The wedding coordinator, Tanya, made sure before and during our trip that our beachside wedding and twilight dinner were perfect! We would highly recommend the on-site photographers as well, as the 50 pictures that came out from our twilight beachside wedding photoshoot were perfect.

Things we don’t love:
- Their wedding team isn’t very responsive. Slow to answer emails and voicemails.
- Wedding venues are all on the family-friendly side of the resort aside from the beach venue.
