Things we don’t love:
- We found that many of the rooms don’t have ocean views.
- Staff keeps trying to sell memberships, upgrades etc.
- Guests have complained about ACs not working.
- Guests have complained about thin walls between rooms.
- It’s a huge property – expect a lot of walking!
