One day you’re single and the next you’re so enthralled by someone's dating profile that features funny and unexpected lines and photos. “I was interested in getting to know someone who’s profile had a picture of him in a horse, head mask and quotes like "If beef jerky had a religion, I’d be a cult member,” Erica reveals. Four years after meeting at a Mexican restaurant, Erica and Alex took their first vacation to Las Vegas where he popped the question, “He had to coax me out on the balcony because I hate heights and we were on the top floor!”
The two knew they wanted a wedding where their guests wouldn’t have to lift a finger, and Erica and Alex would just have to show up. With white sand beaches and turquoise water on their minds, they landed on Playa del Carmen and reached out to us for help, “We were very grateful for all their help and support, especially because we had to postpone the wedding twice because of COVID restrictions,” Erica admits.
With her second wedding dress in tow after not being sure about the first one she chose, Erika and Alex’s big day arrived at the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya! With their closest loved ones near, Coldplay’s ‘Till Kingdom Come’ played as Erica walked down the beach to her soon-to-be husband, Alex. “It was magical and perfect in every way,” Erika says, “Everyone, even my introvert husband, had an amazing time and wished we could do it again!”
