Located 1 hour from Cancun, you’ll find many different areas to explore.
On the beach, you can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities like yoga, beach volleyball, and water sports.
There are 3 wedding ceremony locations for you to choose from.
There are also 2 reception venues that can accommodate up to 250 guests.
The hotel offers a variety of package options which include the use of these locations, as well as catering, DJ service, and more.
You also have many add-on options, such as fireworks, mariachi bands, and luxurious spa treatments at Naay Spa.

El Dorado Seaside Suites offers 5 ceremony and reception options.
1. The Beach
The beach ceremony is held right on the water which makes for gorgeous photos.
There are palm trees that provide shade and an arbor for you to exchange your vows under.
When it comes time for your reception, El Dorado Seaside Palms offers 2 options, both of which have beautiful views of the ocean!
2. Gazebo
This gazebo is located just steps away from the beach.
This means that you can take advantage of having your ceremony in a more private setting, without sacrificing beauty or style.
Once again, this venue includes palms for shade as well as an arbor where you will say “I do!”
There are even chandeliers hanging from the roof, which give it a romantic feel.
3. Palapa
This rustic palapa is located on the beach and can accommodate up to 150 guests for your ceremony.
It’s perfect for couples who are looking for something unique & different!

Reception Venues
If you are looking for something a little more private, El Dorado offers 2 reception venues that can accommodate up to 250 guests.
One is an open-air lounge with views of the ocean, while the other has a more traditional ballroom setting.
The 2 reception venues that El Dorado Seaside Palms offers are, The Venetian Palace Ballroom venue and the Beach Terrace venue.
1. The Venetian Palace Ballroom
This room is elegant and features marble floors, crystal chandeliers, and an impressive 18-foot ceiling.
It can seat up to 250 guests for your reception.
2. Beach Terrace
This terrace has beautiful views of the ocean, as well as the pool.
It’s a great option for couples who are looking to have an outdoor reception.
The terrace can accommodate up to 150 guests.

4. Gay Weddings at El Dorado Seaside Suites
El Dorado Seaside Suites is proud to be one of the few resorts in Mexico that welcomes gay weddings!
And their wedding team is excellent, which isn’t always easy to find.
We have them all on WhatsApp which simplifies requests!
All of their wedding packages are inclusive, so you won’t have to worry about additional costs.
The resort has an on-site wedding planner who specializes in same-sex ceremonies, as well as a variety of LGBTQ+ friendly vendors.
5. Room Types
El Dorado Seaside Suites offers guests a choice between ocean view & garden view rooms.
You can also choose between junior suites, luxury suites, and penthouse suites.

Many resorts have multiple tiers for guest experience, designed to increase your access if you pay more.
No preferred club here! Everyone has the pool concierge, beach concierge, and access to Bali beds!
Ocean View Rooms
These rooms come with all of the amenities you would expect from a luxury resort.
This includes air conditioning, king-size bed, mini bar, satellite TV, and more.
Garden View Rooms
The garden view rooms are just as luxurious as the ocean view rooms, but offer a bit more privacy.
Junior Suites
Junior suites come with a living area, bedroom, and oversized bathtub. They are perfect for couples who want to have some extra space.
Luxury Suites
The luxury suites come with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a Jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the ocean.

With 2 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, you can enjoy an outdoor Jacuzzi on your own balcony that overlooks the water.

The resort is located on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach.
It offers king-sized beds and palapas for shade, as well as kayaks, paddleboards, snorkeling equipment, and more to explore the area.

7. Food & Drink
El Dorado Seaside Suites features 10 restaurants & 11 bars that you can dine & drink at during your stay.
You’ll have the option to choose from Mexican, Italian, Asian, Latin fusion and several other cuisines.
Our wedding specialist Nadia says, “They have some of the best sushi I’ve had in any resort” which says a lot because she stays in the swankiest all-inclusives in the area!
The resort also has an extensive wine list with over 250 selections.
The dress code is fairly relaxed — you can wear flip-flops & shorts, but no bathing suits, please!
Room service is available 24/7 for free.

Things we don’t love:
- Differences in rooms in both sections of the resort.
- Walls can be thin so you may hear noise from other rooms.
- Located 45-min from Cancun.
- Cement wall blocks you from direct water access on the beach, but you can climb down it.
