For your wedding guests, we recommend the Luxury Junior Suites. These 603-square-foot suites accommodate up to 4 guests, including a max. of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The suites come with either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. Your guests can choose from Swim Out, Ocean View, and Garden View categories. Each suite has a private balcony or terrace, a sitting area with a sleeper sofa, a spa-inspired rain shower, and an in-suite Jacuzzi.

The Luxury Family Suite is another recommendation of ours, especially for your guests travelling with children.

For newlyweds, we recommend the Diamond Club™ Luxury Junior Suite. It offers the same generous 603-square-foot layout. Available categories include Swim Out, Ocean View, and Pool View. With 8 restaurants, 9 bars, and 24-hour room service, Royalton Bavaro makes it easy for you and your guests to enjoy a different dining experience throughout your stay. The resort offers local as well as international flavours across buffet and à la carte restaurants. Plus you get specialty cocktails, premium spirits, freshly brewed coffee, and desserts. Gourmet Marché is the resort's signature international buffet, and for a celebratory meal, Hunter Steakhouse serves premium steaks cooked to guests' preferences. Grazie Italian Trattoria serves authentic Italian comfort food, while Rio, the Brazilian grill, serves fire-roasted meats straight from skewers. For a sweet treat or coffee break, Scoops Gelato and Caffe Lounge serves fresh oven-baked breads, pastries, cakes, and ice cream with a choice of toppings, alongside freshly brewed cappuccinos and espressos.

The resort's Chill Pool Bar serves handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, and refreshing beverages just steps from the water. Sips Drink Truck's another refreshment option, with everything from craft cocktails to gourmet sodas. There's also the Lobby Bar and the Martini Mix bar.

Activities & Entertainment

There's plenty to keep your guests occupied between your wedding celebrations. There are 5 swimming pools, plus the previously mentioned 1,200-foot lazy river. You and your guests can float through a mini cave to the Dips Swim-Up Bar for mocktails and cocktails without leaving your tubes. Younger guests can splash around at the splash pad, complete with waterslides and sprayers. Then there's the FlowRider® surf simulator, and activities like snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, bodyboarding, and catamaran sailing. On land, the 9-hole mini-golf course features bridges, rocks, tunnels, and windmills. And there's even the Genesis Casino, where an additional charge applies to games including American-style roulette, Las Vegas-style blackjack, and slot machines.

Families travelling with children will appreciate the supervised Clubhouse Kids Club, which welcomes children aged 4-12. It has indoor as well as outdoor play areas. Teenagers aged 13-17 have their own Hangout Teens Club, a dedicated supervised lounge where they can take part in activities, enjoy water sports, and spend time with new friends. Facilities include PlayStation lounges, billiards, ping pong, mini-golf, and a range of sports.
