About The Golden Ocean package

The Golden Ocean is a wedding package for up 20 wedding guests, including the groom and bridal. Enjoy a lovely ceremony, then take pleasure after it:

  • Bride’s hairstyle & bride's makeup application

  • Romantic decoration and chef amenities in the couple's room on the wedding night

  • Late check-out (based on availability)

What's included

Ceremony

  • Professional, comprehensive services of the on-site wedding coordinator (from pre-planning to on-site coordination during the wedding)

  • Location fee for wedding ceremony, including: ocean view terraces, beach area, and meadows

  • Ceremony set-up, including beach preparation, existing chairs, covers and ties

  • Bamboo canopy with white fabric (design of your choice, flowers quoted separately)

  • Rehearsal of ceremony conducted one day before wedding by your coordinator (please note that the rehearsal dinner is separate and not included)

  • Bride's fresh hand-tied bouquet with seasonal flowers and matching boutonniere

  • Services of a minister to conduct a symbolic ceremony (legal ceremonies available with applicable surcharges)

  • Live music during ceremony (soloist: guitar, flute, harp)

Reception

  • Private location (including any oceanfront venues) for cocktail hour and reception

  • 4 hours total of private service with dedicated banquet staff during the cocktail hour and dinner

  • Cocktail hour set-up with high tables and complete banquet set-up with round tables, linens, chairs with covers, china, glassware, and silverware.

  • 4 hours of the open bar as per your all-inclusive package selection Cocktail hour with butler-passed hot and cold hors d’oeuvres (3 pieces per person)

  • Three-course plated dinner from our Banquet Kit. Buffets are available for groups with a minimum of 40 guests

  • Sparkling wine toast and freshly baked, traditional wedding cake with white frosting

  • Professional sound system and technical support during the dinner and reception (DJ options available, surcharge applies)

Policies

Restrictions apply
• The package is only available for groups with all-inclusive hotel reservations; a minimum of 30 hotel room nights is required (or 10 rooms x 3 nights). Timeshare reservations do not count toward the minimum requirement.
• The wedding package price does not include hotel accommodations.
• Your reception can be extended with an applicable surcharge in specific locations. The events on the beach at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica’s Hotel Beach and Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach’s Hotel Beach and Skypool can be extended until 1 am.
• A maximum of two venues are allowed, considering cocktail/reception.
• With this package, any available venue can be selected for the ceremony, cocktail, and reception.
• At the Sky Pool Upper Terrace at PB Sunset, minimum consumption of 80 adults is required.
• If your dinner takes place on the sand, an additional fee of USD 10 per person will apply.
• In unfavorable weather conditions, the ceremony will be moved to an indoor location.
• The items and services listed are not interchangeable for other inclusions; no cash refunds or credits apply for unused items/services.
• Packages include the services of a minister or priest (symbolic ceremony).
• Legal ceremonies are available with a surcharge.
• A Catholic priest will expect an additional contribution for their church, provided directly to the Church in cash (USD 100 recommended)
• Group rates are not combinable with other discounts or offers, such as spa or golf discounts.
• Prices are subject to change without previous notice. The hotel can only honor the promo prices if the contract is received before the promo expires.
