• Reservations at one of the participating restaurants for the wedding dinner (a buffet or 3-course set menu applies). This event is not private, and dinner service covers up to 2 hours (either with the buffet or the day or the set menu if the restaurant is a la carte)

• Late check-out for bride and groom (based on availability)

• All federal and hotel taxes and all services and tips, including set-up/tear-down and cleaning

• This package is only available for groups with all-inclusive hotel reservations; a minimum of 15 hotel room nights is required (e.g., 5 rooms x 3 nights). Timeshare reservations do not count toward the minimum requirement. Different packages will apply if the minimum requirement for room nights is not met.

• IMPORTANT: This promotion is only valid if the wedding package is fully prepaid at least 30 days before the wedding day. The discount will expire if the wedding is contracted and fully paid 29-15 days before the wedding date, and regular prices will apply. Pueblo Bonito will not perform marriages that are not paid and contracted at least 15 days before the event.

• This wedding package is available for ceremonies between 11 am and 3 pm.

• A maximum number of 30 people can be confirmed in our participating restaurants; private service is for up to 2 hours.

• If dinner service is extended for more than 2 hours, an additional surcharge of USD 5.50 per person will apply for all-inclusive guests and USD 29 for external or non-all-inclusive guests.

• In unfavorable weather conditions, the ceremony will be moved to an indoor location.

• The items and services listed are not interchangeable with other inclusions; no cash refunds or credits apply for unused items/services.

• Wedding packages do not include hotel accommodations

• Packages include the services of a minister or priest (symbolic ceremony).

• Legal ceremonies are available with a surcharge.

• A Catholic priest will expect an additional contribution for their church, provided directly to the Church in cash (USD 100 recommended)

• Prices are subject to change without notice. The hotel can only honor the promo prices if the contract is received before the promo expires.
