There are minimum guest requirements depending on the season:
January-March: At least 100 guests staying at the resort, or a $2,000 fee applies
April-December: Minimum drops to 70 guests, and the fee reduces to $1,000
The biggest advantage of the Central Garden is flexibility.
It’s a large, blank canvas for creative décor, staging, floral installations, and lighting.
But note that because it’s centrally located, privacy is limited.
