Strawberry Passion is a wedding package for up to 25 wedding guests, including the groom and bride. Enjoy a lovely ceremony, then take pleasure after it:

Ceremony

Decorated seaside wedding location.

Special amenities and bottle of sparkling wine sent to the room.
Justice of the Peace or Non-denominational minister.
Symbolic marriage certificate.
Bridal bouquet and groom boutonniere made of tropical flowers.
One tabletop tropical flower arrangement.
Symbolic wedding cake.
Bottles of champagne.
Live music during the wedding ceremony. (Guitar or Sax)

Reception

3 Hours private served dinner on a private area with exclusive waiters and set menu.
3 Hours national open bar during the reception celebration.
Set up with White tiffany chair, round tables with white tablecloths.

Policies

Terms & Conditions:

• Services such as minister, legal ceremony and extra flower arrangements have and additional charge.

• In case of bad weather, the wedding cannot be cancelled, it will be moved to a backup location.

• Once the packages and extras are paid, they are not refundable.

• Wedding packages cannot be modified.

• Wedding packages are for clients staying at Barceló Puerto Vallarta.

• Guest not staying at the resort and attending the event must pay a Wedding Pass at $ 160.00 usd per adult and $80 usd per children 2 – 12 years.

• Prices are subject to change without previous notice.

• Huppa included in the packages do not include flowers.

• The hotel has a vendor fee per each service that you need. If you want to bring your own vendor, a fee will be applied of $ 400 usd each.

• Outdoor parties, max until 23:00 hrs.

• Extra hour $35 usd per person per hour.
