Accommodations

There are 2 sections at El Dorado Seaside, with distinct styles. The Palms section is inspired by vibrant Mexican culture, with traditional Mexican architecture and coconut plantations.

The Infinity section provides exciting accommodations with a more modern vibe, featuring swim-up suites that connect to the main pool, as well as balcony pools on every level.

In the Palms section, the Luxury Junior Suite is the standard suite, with 530 square feet of space and colorful Mexican-inspired décor. This suite has a separate bedroom and spacious living room that has a beautiful view of the tropical grounds.

For wedding couples who are staying in the Palms section, we recommend the Royal Swim-Up Suite, which has elegant furnishings and décor including a canopy bed. You’ll have a big terrace with a daybed and 2 chairs, and direct access to the lazy river or pool that flows right up to your suite. Oh, and it has a hot tub!

The standard guest room in the Infinity section of the resort is called the Sea View Suite. This gorgeously modern, spacious and breezy junior suite is decorated in warm neutral colors with pops of ocean-inspired blue. This suite features a comfortable sofa, as well as a furnished balcony with stunning sea views. Step from your balcony directly into an infinity river pool.

For the wedding couple, we love the Oceanfront Honeymoon Suite, which has the very best ocean views from the highest floors of the resort. This suite comes with all kinds of wonderful perks, including a private gourmet four-course candlelit dinner on the beach, and romantic decorations of rose petals and aromatherapy to come back to after your dinner.

Dining & Drinks

When you’re getting hungry, there are 10 amazing restaurants on property at El Dorado Seaside, with something to suit anyone’s personal taste.

We love Culinarium, serving delicious Latin fusion dishes with an impressive margarita menu. Klay Talay is the resort’s Asian fusion restaurant, and for authentic local Mexican flavors, check out La Carreta. There’s an awesome gourmet pub where you can enjoy a drink along with pub fare like shepherd’s pie or fish and chips.

If the wedding couple wants a romantic formal dinner, we highly recommend dining at Mia Casa, a contemporary Italian restaurant with an intimate setting inspired by Italian architecture.

There are 6 bars and 4 swim-up bars at the resort, so you’ll always be able to enjoy a refreshing cocktail or margarita.

Listen to live music and sip on authentic Mexican drinks right on the beach at Guacamayas bar. Mezcalito is beautifully decorated in a rustic Mexican style, and serves creative cocktails, tequila, margaritas, and (of course) Mezcal.

There are a wide variety of activities on offer at El Dorado Seaside, so you and your wedding guests will always have something fun to do (when you’re not lounging by the pool). There’s something for everyone’s sense of fun, from beach volleyball to tequila tastings, kayaking to Latin dance lessons.
