• Personalized assistance from a dedicated wedding coordinator.

• Bouquet(s) and/or boutonniere(s) for the wedding couple (2 pieces maximum).

• Bouquets and/or boutonnieres for bridesmaids and groomsmen (4pieces maximum).

• Amenity on the wedding night.

• Romantic breakfast the following morning.

• Personalized gift.

• Preparation and ironing of the couple's wedding day attire. (2 maximum)

• 2-hour photo session with Xtudio Xcaret scheduled before or after the wedding day.

• Minimum 50 guests Sunday-Thursday or 60 guests Friday-Saturday, including the couple.
• Minimum 25 rooms for three nights from Sunday to Thursday and minimum 30 rooms for three nights on Friday and Saturday.
• 100% of the guests must stay at the host hotel and booked in the same contract.
• Reservations made outside the contracted room block or through any other channel will be subject to a penalty.
• Date and venues are subject to availability. Venue assignments depend on hotel capacity.
• Ceremony is available in Spanish and English. Translation for other languages is available at an additional cost.
• Gazebo, floral arrangements, personal flowers, and chair setup vary by hotel.
• Not included services are quoted separately and may only be provided by our in-house vendors.
• A deposit and signed room contract are required. Venues are tentatively held for 7 days during room confirmation.
• If the minimum room requirement is reduced, the package will include the ceremony only. Food and beverage services will be charged at the rates in effect at the time of the reduction.
• Kindly note that this promotion is valid exclusively for weddings scheduled in January, June, July, August, September, October & December.
• Priest service not included for Catholic Ceremony.
• Additional cost for Apostille for Legal Ceremony.
