Danielle and Junya met at work. Well, technically, she was on the panel that interviewed him!

It all started in a meeting room - Danielle was part of the team interviewing Junya.

She thought it was just another workday. He, on the other hand, had his eyes on her from day one. He even told their manager he needed more help with the software... just so he could get more one-on-one time with her. Smart move! Over the next few weeks, their connection grew and they bonded over music, hung out with mutual friends, went on hikes and concerts, and soon enough, they started dating. Their engagement was at a Chris Stapleton concert.

As Junya watched Danielle dancing and singing her heart out, surrounded by loved ones, he just knew that she was the one. The next moment, Junya was on one knee with the only thing he had on him - the ring his dad had left him, the one he’d worn daily for the past 10 years. And, she said yes. The couple chose Mexico not just for the wedding but for the experience. For many of their guests, it was their first time outside the U.S., or even seeing the beach.

Paradisus Cancun provided the dream setting, and it allowed the couple to turn their wedding into a full-blown memory-making vacation. They skipped the over-the-top décor and focused on entertainment and family. The night ended with one of the coolest moments ever. Danielle and Junya led a wedding party pool jump! They all were dressed to the nines and soaking wet by the end! “Even my mom and the officiant jumped in!” Danielle laughs.
